During the manufacturing process our suppliers’ products are produced and then quarantined until lab tests are run to verify the accuracy of the ingredients.

Our Refund and Return Policy

All products carry a full 30 days money-back guarantee and a full merchandise credit up to 90 days from the date of purchase. When requesting a refund or merchandise credit, please return empty and unused bottles with your request. It is required that you use all products as directed before requesting a refund. If a shipment is refused by the recipient and returned unopened and in good condition for a cash refund, a 20% restocking fee will be retained plus the cost of shipping. If returned for a merchandise credit, then only the incurred shipping expenses will be retained.

Shipping

United States Postal Service has increased postage costs for both domestic and international mail. We have no choice but to pass these costs along to our clients.

We ship by Priority Mail in the USA. Items are shipped the same day following receipt of order and payment. Priority shipping is $6.75 on all orders unless $100 or more when they ship FREE. Shipping to Canada by AIR POST is $7.25 on all orders less then $120.00 USD. Orders of $120 or more to Canada ship free. International Orders of $250.00 USD or more are shipped free except for the cost of insurance, which is normally about $12.00. International Express Mail is charged at cost and includes insurance.

International shipping (Other than Canada) is by Air Post at $7.00 for the first item plus $3.00 for each additional item per order. There are some exceptions where the item is over 1 pound in weight. Air First Class Mail to Australia and Japan and Asia is priced at $10.00 for the first item plus $4.00 per additional item). International Express Mail shipping is the actual cost per order an includes insurance.

Shipments to EEC countries originate from our Galway, Ireland office, and meet all customs and import requirements. VAT taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the purchaser.
