Allergen information: Although extremely rare, people have been known to have allergic reactions to DIM. Stop taking Dim and contact your doctor immediately if you develop hives, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, chest tightness and dizziness. These symptoms could develop within minutes or hours of taking the product.
Suggested Use: Take 1-2 tablets daily with meals.
Very few side effects have been reported with Dim supplements, but some individuals have developed headaches. Other potential side effects include upset stomach and gas. It is recommended to take half the normal dosage amount to see if this resolves the side effects. Taking more than the recommended amount will increase your chances of developing side effects.
