Go-Out Plex
Supports healthy uric acid production and metabolism
What is Go-Out Plex?
Go-Out Plex contains several natural herbal supplements that aid the body in maintaining normal uric acid production and metabolism.*
Foods that contain uric acid include:
- All meats (including organ meats)
- Alcohol
- Fried foods
- Roasted nuts
- Anchovies
- Herring
- Mussels
- Sardines
- Mushrooms
- Food made from or containing refined white flour
The foods listed above carry differing amounts of uric acid. You will be able to determine which foods you can tolerate and which foods you must avoid by keeping a food diary.
Just two capsules of Go-Out Plex contains potassium, black cherry concentrate, celery seed extract, bromelain and turmeric to help maintain healthy uric acid production and metabolism.*
When beginning this kind of uric acid maintenance program you should drink at least 3-4 quarts of water a day. You want to be certain that your kidneys can flush the uric acid away at a normal and healthy level.
