What is SAMe?
S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) is an amino acid joined with the human energy molecule ATP. It is an essential molecule naturally occurring in the cells of plants and animals and takes part in several biological reactions in the human body. SAMe is essential for the body to perform vital functions and SAMe levels tend to lower as the body ages. *

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water and food. For additional support, take 2 or 3 tablets per day. Take consistently each day for best results.
Individuals using prescribed medications, such as antidepressants, including Serotonin Re-Uptake Inhibitors and MAO Inhibitors, should consult a physician before using. Individuals with Parkinson’s disease, bipolar disorder or manic depression should not use SAM-e. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dose. May cause gastrointestinal upset in some persons. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use.
